the requirements of each individual transferee and ordered from the following menu on an
as-needed basis:

- Tour of local banks, post office, dry cleaners, medical emergency centers, houses
of worship, grocery stores, children's needs, etc.

private and/or international school personnel
- Locate institutions and services for special-need students

- Provide pre-departure phone counseling to introduce the program
- Perform an in-depth analysis of housing, school and community needs and preferences
- Offer financial analysis and lending institution recommendations
- Provide a referral list of closing attorneys, home inspectors, and contractors
- Provide personal, unbiased counseling on real estate practices including
contracts, the attorney review process, inspecitons, site and resale evaluation, etc.
- Set up a housing and relocation itinerary with established real estate professionals
- Continuously oversee and, if necessary, alter the purchase process to insure a smooth,
timely closing

- Provide phone counseling to evaluate needs and budget considerations
- Provide counseling on application documents, truth-in-renting laws,
attorney reviews, broker fees (if applicable), security deposits, application
and additional amenity fees
- Arrange an area tour and inspection of suitable properties and/or coordinate with
established real estate brokers
- Assist in lease negotiations (diplomatic clause if required, length of lease, etc.)
- Provide local utility information
- Preside over the lease signing and presentation of the keys
- Advance funds for security deposit, if necessary (International transferees only)

- Provide rental furniture style selection, appliances and electronics within
the transferee's budget
- Visit our showroom for sampling if necessary
- Prepare the transferee for delivery and removal of rental furniture

- Aid in establishing a bank account without a social security number
- Accompany the transferee to the Social Security Administration and assist
in the documentation process
- Prepare the transferee to obtain a driver's license and accompany him/her to the
Motor Vehicles Dept.
- Assist with additional short term housing or hotel accommodations if necessary
