Churchill is currently seeking an Account Manager to manage client accounts as assigned by Outside Sales. Responsibilities will include:
-communicating with clients by phone and email
-presenting apartment options to guests to fit their needs and budget
-fielding questions regarding the lease process
-generating leases
-data entry
-securing from clients all signed paperwork necessary for processing leases
-following up on leads to convert to sales

High school diploma and 2 years of phone sales experience are required. Candidates must also have excellent phone and written communication skills and strong organizational skills. Knowledge of corporate housing or real estate industries preferred.

Compensation:

Base salary commensurate with experiencein the range of $16.50 to $20.00 per hour, plus commissions and benefits.
